My coaching includes the following steps

1.) Contracting

You as a coachee and I as your coach explore your coaching needs together and make agreements about the coaching to be provided. This also includes ethics, applicable service costs, online and/or offline communication and venues.

2.) Coaching

We thoroughly investigate the issues you bring up and embrace the resulting deep insights and new perspectives. Among other things, we may pay attention to behavior, attitude and beliefs. Furthermore, we focus on the goals you have identified and your steps forward. This often takes place as an iterative process.

3.) Completion

We celebrate your achievements, assess the added value for you and complete the coaching.

My drive to be a coach

My drive to work as a coach comes from my career as a management consultant and my interest in psychology.

As a consultant, I have worked many years in the field of innovation and change management, where I have noticed that the success or failure of this largely depends on the human factor. Think about dealing with resistance at various levels of the organization, coping with diverse stakeholders and their interests, working with multidisciplinary teams, facing different leadership styles, sometimes going through deep valleys, and at other times celebrating victories. In that context, I often worked and collaborated with leaders at various levels (top managers, business unit managers, department managers and team leaders), entrepreneurs and professionals.

When I think about psychology, I ask myself: what drives a person, what do people want to achieve, what behavior and attitude do they demonstrate, what qualities do they have, etc. That is why I really enjoy an interesting and in-depth conversation.

Last but not least I speak Dutch (native), English (professional), German (professional) and a bit Spanish.
